Hi to everybody on the forum. Just a quick note to let you all know about some recent changes to the layout of the workout video's.
Now when you navigate to that section it shows the different style of workouts, whether it be a Pure or a genesis. Once you click to the next level it has sub headings depending on whether it's full body (45 mins and above), express (gen 30 mins or less) and abs. Under these headings are the actual workouts depicting JFW vol 1 etc. I've done this to make programming workout schedules easier in the future. Please note that the H.Core and leanin14 are segregated on their own.
