Back off my holiday and am nearly at the end of H-Core week 1.
I had thought about getting some 8kg bells, but thought better to be sensible and complete the programme with 6kg bells before increasing the weight.
Did ok this week, breezed through F&F. Struggled a bit with Accelerator and needed to take a couple of minutes' break between rounds 1 and 2 to get some water. Hopefully after this 4 weeks is up I hope to be able to complete everything without a break on this one.
