Hello, I am pretty new to kettlebells and would very much like to do the programme for the Lean in 14.
You have given an example 14 day meal plan for all meals during the day from breakfast to evening meal. Firstly, I think this is excellent as it totally removes the initial need to worry about meal planning, however I'm not sure how much food in certain meals I should be eating. For instance, on day 5 the lunch menu is the beef patties and although the recipe makes six in total I'm not sure how many I would then have for lunch, whether it would be one or two. Again for a chicken stir fry how much chicken do I have ? and the same for vegetables for the meals as well.
Any information or guidance would be fantastic.
