Hi everyone, I'm new here so just thought I'd introduce myself.

My name's Paul and I've been a fan of Kettlercise since I picked up H-core last year and got some great results with it.
I am passionate about martial arts and I am currently studying Shotokan Karate, traditional Ju-jitsu and historical fencing. I use kettlercise to compliment my training.

I am looking forward to trying out some of the other workouts and hope to use this group to keep me motivated.

I currently weigh about 77kg and am about 12% body fat. Ideally I'd like to drop a percent or two and gain a bit of muscle just to look and feel a bit better. But not go mad. I'm not planning on entering any "physique" competitions...

Hi Paul welcome to the forum. I too study martial arts and particularly find the h core style workouts helpful for keeping me strong and dynamic for the Thai boxing. Let us know how your goals are going.

Hi Paul,

Welcome. I too have just signed up. I have been interested in kettle bells for some time but my local gyms don't do classes that fit around my work schedule. Looking forward to the new challenge.

Hello Paul, hello everyone.

I just bought Kettlercise in 14 to supplement my other program. I am really enjoying it. Have been interested in kettlebell workouts there no local kettlebell workouts in the gym so I found kettlercise in 14. Another thing I am pleased to find a workout program made in filmed the UK.
