Hi everyone, I'm new here so just thought I'd introduce myself.
My name's Paul and I've been a fan of Kettlercise since I picked up H-core last year and got some great results with it.
I am passionate about martial arts and I am currently studying Shotokan Karate, traditional Ju-jitsu and historical fencing. I use kettlercise to compliment my training.
I am looking forward to trying out some of the other workouts and hope to use this group to keep me motivated.
I currently weigh about 77kg and am about 12% body fat. Ideally I'd like to drop a percent or two and gain a bit of muscle just to look and feel a bit better. But not go mad. I'm not planning on entering any "physique" competitions...
