Hey Lorna, I've been in a rut for a while now and had completely lost my motivation, have put on weight, feeling generally miserable. I did the first workout yesterday of the 6 week Inferno and the second today, and I'm already feeling so much better (although just about every muscle in my body hurts!) It's given me the motivation I needed to sort out my diet too. I'm determined to get this body of mine back in shape (the menopause has floored me but I'm not going to let it beat me!!!) The first step is always the hardest but the two Inferno workouts I have done have only been 20 minutes and you can work at your own pace. Once you get started, you'll get the bug to keep going. I workout first thing in the morning, before work, as I find this works best for me. You need to find your own best time and stick to it. Make sure you take photos before you start too as you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll see a difference in your body and this will motivate you to keep going.
