I just wanted to share something, I've been doing kettlercise since last October at the gym, 6 weeks ago I purchased the H core programme and after reading the book and watching the dvds a few times and I mean a few times I kicked myself into gear and started the programme 4 week's ago.
Anyone who has done this programme knows it starts with you taking photos and measurements, well I done all of this with the help of my wife, (funny how if you wear a 32 inch waist trousers when you put the tape measure around your waist it says 37 inches.) I'm now on day 1 of week 5 and it's time to get the tape measure out again. Not expecting to see vast changes we took all the measurements including my weight which is something I don't really want to loose to much of as I'm 12 stone and 5' 9" and that puts my bmi into the green so I'm OK with that.
I could feel that my body had changed a bit and I did look leaner, both my wife and I were shocked after doing the math to see that in the first 4 weeks of the programme I have lost 9 and a 1/2 inches of fat.
I know it's going to get tougher but with results like that I'm in it for the duration.
I have followed the instructions to the letter, in addition I have done is 2 genesis 6 classes a week at the gym with my buddies, sorry about that bit but I love the buzz.
This time last year I was almost 17 stone, it took me several months of diet and steady exercise to reach my goal, the H Core programme has enabled me to transform my physic and turn me into the person I want to be.
