Well here I am again this is the last time you will have to read about my H Core experience it's over, all 12 weeks or 84 day's or 55 challenging workouts not that I've been counting. I've taken the tape measure out for the last time done all the maths and have my final statistics.
For those of you that have taken on this challenge you will understand it's hard and there are times I felt like giving up, instead I took the dvds of to the gym and recruited 2 of my fellow kettlerciser to give me a push and do the workouts with me.
That was fun, I hadn't realised how much fitter and stronger I had become, watching people who were effectively 10 weeks behind me struggling to keep up gave me the push I needed, don't worry I only made them do the Accelerator program and a few turbo boost they declined the full throttle but they had fun watching me struggle through it.
I suppose everyone who has been reading about my experience wants to know how I have done
I started the program on the 5th of march (yes that long ago it's 3 months remember )
And my measurments were waist 37 inches chest 42 inches hips 39 inches right thigh 22.5 inches left thigh 22.5 inches right bicep 13 inches left bicep 13 inches that was day 1 week one. On day 7 week 12 they were waist 34 inches chest 38.5 inches hips 36.5 inches right thigh 20 inches left thigh 20 inches right bicep 12.5 left bicep 12.5 guys that's a total of 15 inches of fat gone for good yahoo.
If your wondering about the weight loss that's all good too, I stated at 168lb that's 12 stone after week 8 my weight had increased by 3 lb, to 12 stone 3, wasn't happy with the increase but everyone was telling me muscle weighs more than fat. So for the next stage weeks 9 to 12 I pushed my self harder and the result is more muscle but a loss of 5lb total weight now is 11stone 12 lb.
For those of you that have read my first post will know that 13 months ago I was 17 stone I didn't start kettlercise until last October so this has been a steady progression for me and Its only the beginning my next step is my instructors course on the 26th of June but I'm not going to stop I like what I have become and I'm not going back to what I was.
Time for a few thank yous first of all to my wife who had to endure all the grunting and sweat over the living room carpet
To my kettlercise buddies at the gym for giving me the push when I needed it
To all you guys reading this I hope it inspires some of you to take on the h core challenge
And finally to Guy and his team for making this program and dvds that are so easy to follow
I have emailed my photos to Andy in sales I'm sure he will pass them on to you Guy.
Just one last thing I think I forgot to mention that I am 53 years old and a lorry driver so there are no excuses.
