Hi
I'm new to all this and was hoping you might be able to give me some advice. I am starting on the just for women vol 1 and was wondering how often i should be training, how many rest days and also should i be alternating between the full body and express workouts. I have a quite a bit of weight to lose so I'm not sure if this makes a difference to the amount of training i should be doing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome Jennifer!

If you're looking for a Structured Routine you could give Lean IN 14 a go, the Resource Guide that goes along with it gives you a detailed workout schedule for Beginners or Advanced users, so it'll tell you which exercise to do on which day and when to rest.

Hi Jack

I tried looking for the resource guide for the Lean in 14 but couldn't find it anyway in the members area. Am I missing something? Also is there a description of each of the different programs to understand the difference between all of them? Any other PDF guides for each program we can access?

Hi Iamann, the Lean IN 14 Resource is found under Eating -> Food Guides & Meal Plans -> Lean In 14.

We do have descriptions for the benefits for each workout program, I'll get those put into each Category. As it stands the only programs that have accompanying plans/pdf guides are H-Core and L14, as they're 'Systems'. Should hopefully be some more to come along with the new workout next month
