Still going strong on week 5. :)

Weighing up whether to move to H-core once week 6 is done or do another 6 week fit cycle with a heavier bell...

Hi Paul, I'd move upto the H core system if you're using a 10kg bell on the 6 week fit and do another 6 weeks if not. Sounds like you're making great progress though, be sure to keep us updated with your end results.

I'm now on week 6. I redid week 1 as I had a chesty cough and cold half way through the first week so I decided to rest up for a few days.
Next week I want to do the ignite dvds and add in the bodyweight workouts.

I'm done!
Really pleased with myself for having stuck it out. My results aren't too bad either. I've gone from 15 to 12 percent body fat and have actually gained 1.5 kilos.

I've decided to take a week's break doing only the recovery workouts (can feel a cold coming on) then I'm going to repeat the whole 6 week program using a 10kg bell.

that's great news Paul and to go down in body fat and gain some muscle is really good. Be sure to keep us posted on how it goes with a 10kg bell. you could even try replacing of a couple of the single bell workouts with some double bell ones from the H.core program.

Day 1 of cycle 2 of 6 week fit. This time with a 10kg bell.
Definitely seems like the right decision not to jump to H-core straight away. Using a heavier weight definitely kicked up the intensity a notch. Going to be really strong once this 6 weeks is up!
