Hi Team!
Some of you may know about the 6 Week Fit Program that we've been working on, well it's finally up and ready! This one has been in the making for a while, we wanted to bring you guys something Fresh and Special for the New Year... and this one will get you into serious shape in just 6 Weeks.
Here's a quick rundown on how the Program Works:
The first thing you’ll want to do is download your Nutritional Program and Weekly Meal Plans. These can be found by going into the Nutritional Section of the 6-Week-Fit Program.
The Nutritional Program and Weekly Plans are there to then take all the guess work of what to eat and when to eat, so be sure to download your copies and plan your meals around them.
The program is split into weekly breakdowns that are designed to make it nice and easy to follow. As well as being structured to maximize your results.
For example, if you go into Week #1, you’ll see your Workout Schedule for the Week and just below that, are all the workouts for that week.
Your first Workout is the Kettlercise Express Workout with Kettlercise Faculty Instructor Anoushka Moore. Simply select that workout and you’re good to go. Those of you already familiar with Noush, will know how tough this workout is going to be!
So, now you know what to do for your Weekly Workouts and where to go for your Nutrition Plans, I’ll leave you to it. Don’t forget a towel and water bottle, because you’re going to need them!
