TOPIC: Knee injury

Knee injury 7 years 6 months ago #108

Hi all

Had to stop my 6 week inferno on week 5 as I have developed a knee injury. Nothing serious, it's just "runner's knee". Only problem is the doc has told me complete rest for 6 weeks. That means no squats, swings or lunges.

Are there any programs that focus on the upper body? I don't want to become a complete couch potato...

Hi Paul, ITB syndrome can be a real pain Keep icing the area and you may want to do the stretch and tone workouts they will help.
