Week 1, Day 1 - not the best start. I didn’t have my glassses on and did day 1 of Lean in 14. Enjoyed the kettlebell workout.

Week 1, Day 2 - bodyweight workout - blimey, the level one options are something to work towards. I managed 2 burpees in 30 seconds. Wrists are quite sore - is this really for unfit ladies of a certain age?!

Im on day 4, had days a needed rest day yesterday - now on exercise 3 tonight. I found day 2 bodyweight workout really tough too, and I too had sore wrist, followed by sore thighs and butt cheeks the following day. Im fine with cardio, but really lack upper body strength .. Lets stick with it ...

Week 1 day 6 - I lost a couple of days due to work commitments nad travel nightmares but have done express workout 2.
I’m at level 0.25 for a lot of the body weight exercises - I do my own versions. The kettlebell bits are good though.
Nervous about going to week 2 when I’m not even at the beginners level.

Hi everyone! :)

This morning I started my journey on the 6 week inferno, I enjoyed the first workout an am excited for the rest of the journey :D
